Progress Update 01

A good amount has been added to Stripes. 

• Stripes now has health
• Stripes has knockback when bumping into enemies or being hit by projectiles
• There is counters to keep track of the players pies, the water tracker is not active yet.
• Enemies will stop and throw projectiles if they see stripes.

Next steps will be to get the water count working and add pickups to regain water and pies. I'm planning on having water coolers that the player can stop at and fill up their water gun.
